Shattered Bromance

The thing about this show is that since it's started off with so much humor in the first 10 episodes, you didnt really expect there to be as much drama and seriousness as it just got in this episode. It makes me kind of sad that all the fun and games are officially over. If you judge by the title alone you expect that gong shim is the main character and the storyline will revolve around her but with each passing episode you realize that the true main character seems to be Ah Dan Tae. With his storyline taking over the show I do hope that they will show growth in King Shim's character because I feel like I have been waiting forever and haven't seen too much progress...well in this episode we have some:3 At first, being embarrassed through rejection hurts her but I really like that she decides to get over that and continue to act on her feelings...I am so proud :') And even better than that SHE FINALLY IS CLAIMING WHAT'S RIGHTFULLY HERS (her bedroom) hehe.

It also breaks my heart that the bromance is falling apart and now we have a potential regression from the sweet, kind and honest personality that the young director has. He might have to choose between doing the right thing and protecting someone he loves...I feel like this is not going to end well >.<

This episode had the most hilarious scenesxD…

This episode had the most hilarious scenesxD This drama is really good with the comedy but I am not sure that the plot line itself is very strong...I think it's going to become more serious as these episodes go on because Ah Dan Tae is undergoing some serious emotional turmoil and everyone else is being dragged down with him without him meaning to. Despite what ended up happening at the end of the episode, I liked that while yes he was pushing her away he tried to let her down gently because he is good at hiding his problems but it seems he is not so good that he can pursue a new relationship without telling her. He can't tell anyone his situation because is family can end up getting into a lot of danger and the father is already in a coma after attempting to come clean. He also is in the middle of a identity crisis because if revealed to be the lost grandson his life will change. Therefore I personally didnt feel that his isolation so far fetched and strange in comparison to other kdramas I have seen. He is trying to wait until the storm passes and he finds his kidnapper and even after that there is no guarentee that things will be better since his family did technically commit a crime and he will breakup the current family dynamic of his real family...he will be resented. I hope despite going a more serious road that the drama will continue to weave in some fun scenes because those are just magic :)

I'm kind of starting to like the president.…

I'm kind of starting to like the president. He may be a two-timer but he honestly doesn't seem to treat anyone poorly. He, of course, is judgmental but after you prove yourself he seems to gain some respect and displays more kindness. His wife and her brother on the other hand are bad eggs xP

Even though this drama seems that it is supposed to have gong Shim be the main actress, in this episode it's all about Ah Dan Tae. Usually we follow Gong Shim throughout her day and then Ah Dan Tae is usually budding in or just thinking about her but in this episode the roles are reversed. This could just be to show us that Gong Shim does in fact like Ah Dan Tae and maybe she likes him more than just a friend. I do hope though we get more of Gong Shim though in future episodes because although I love Ah Dan Tae, Gong Shim's personal growth came into a halt and I want to see her bloom into a sunflower :)

Cuteness and Truth

FINALLY Ah Dan Tae finds out the truth about his past and his family but not before leaving his rooftop home for alone time and in the process causing everyone to worry. I think at this point Gong Shim has realized she has feelings for him over the Director because she hilariously kept hearing his name everywhere at work. There is of course more bromance and finallyyyy that Aunt explains everything she knows.

Not much happened in this episode and so despite being an hour long episode it certainly felt a lot shorter. Hopefully more stuff will happen in ep10.

Side note: I still find it hard to believe he cant recognize his own photoxD Did they not take any photos of him or something?? that's got to be it.

My First Chinese Drama

This was doing well on viki so i decided to watch it. It was hard at first to keep up with the subtitles at first because I feel like they speak so much faster than they do in korean dramas (but that could just be because the main actress is so hyper). CGI is a little disappointing and the dubbing..oh gosh the dubbing...I think that's the main thing I dont like. It does not match up with their mouths and so it can be a bit distracting.

Now, the story line so far it seems interesting:) I also really like the main actress she is really funny and a bit of a mess but she is very likeable.I have yet to see if I will like this main guy. Hopefully I will!

It seems that he is finally going to do something…

It seems that he is finally going to do something about his visions that he has. He isn't going to accept them as they are but rather fight against it. I hope he does manage to change his fate but I am losing faith in these characters. OHY2 is like those types of people who will stay in an abusive relationship, I dont really like that she is so forgiving and as she says 'easy' but I guess she's meant to be this way to contrast with Do Kyung. Although I still like him I am not sure if I will be happy if he ends up with OHY2 because it seems that there is so much pain and hurt between them that it won't end up being a happy relationship...I am hoping we will see more character development on both people so that as an audience we can accept the relationship

Aww!

In this episode we really get to dig deeper into why Gong Shim is the way she is and it is very sad because the whole time she's drunk she'd hide in trash cans and such (the symbolism!! >.<) I do love how caring he is while she's pouring her heart out and you can tell it hurts him that she feels this way. She does tend to be in the more adolescent side in the way she handles everything though and I do hope she continues to grow as a person because as of right now it's hard to believe that she is in her 20s.

Confusion

Yes this episode contains kissing but I wasn't as excited about them as I thought because I personally find Se-Gi (while really hot) creepy confusing and way too forceful. I was confused for a lot of the episode but now that I have a basic understanding about the episode after checking dramabeans I can say it was a good episode if you are able to process what's going on and the symbolic meanings behind it (normally I catch them but today was an off day lol lol)

Even after understanding what is going on you are gonna still fry your brain on trying to figure out who is the lost child. Is it RiOn or RiJin? Are they really twins? Or perhaps is Dohyun and RiJin related? (I will literally die of unhappiness if that were true lol)

And Why is Ri on so flipping cute when he's being silly and complaining but so darn creepy when alone >.<

Good

I liked it a lot and I like the leading lady and I LOVE the fact that she and her mother are literally identical in personality. I also really like the Main persona (Mr. Cha?) he is kind, sad and really understanding and so I also love his secretary who is loyal and is the only one who knows about his situation.

I do not like the bad boy persona but man is he hot in the all black and guyliner, even his walk is attractive *drools*

I love how the main persona despite putting all his effort into prevent his other personalities taking over as soon as he hears a stranger (at least to him) is in danger he is more than willing to take the risk...I only wonder why the badass persona didn't come out...I though he liked that girl?

I can't wait to see him as Perry(?) in the next episode! :)

P.S. I always have a hard time with names...forgive me

Definately a great First Episode

Many Korean Dramas I often feel that it doesn't truly capture my attention until at least the second episode. But in this case I thought the first episode was very interesting! I found my self laughing and enjoyed the action and the transition of personalities. My only thing is I wish they didn't make the transition between personalities seem so....magical? the eyes turning purple, the tattoos suddenly appearing...the guyliner and change of clothes was enough for me. But besides that I really like it so far!

Aishh

And it continues! I continue to fall for Yong Hwa's character more and more and the announcer shows his nicer side. For some reason though the main actress kept having annoying moments for me like the way she just brushes aside everything her future self says unless it's something she likes >.< lol that selective hearing lol I didn't expect the second girl to be so fake considering she married someone like yong hwa in the future but perhaps in the future episodes we'll see if she has more to her character than meets the eye.

With the announcer having dreams of that future I was really disappointed with the writers like seriously though! It would have been nice to see him interact with her in a completely different way that has no relation to that future. It wasn't satisfying letting him get a glimpse of that.

"Damn he's cute"

In this episode, everytime Yong hwa appeared I find myself thinking "damn. He's cute" maybe I'm a bit biased because I am a fan but I'm just thinking about in that job environment how often do you have your VJ be THAT good looking lol OKAY now that has been said I adore the interactions between the past and future selves but I am wondering if I'll start to hate the future one because she keeps blurting out things about the future but then again her past self doesn't listen very well huh?

Nice

It was a bit confusing at times but I liked that it got to the point because if there is one thing I learned bout korean dramas it is that the first episode usually is disappointing or doesnt really say much to what the drama will actually be like but I thought they did a really good job of getting my attention. A couple of things I just HAVE to mention...THAT HAIR (lol) is so distracting the color is odd on her as well as the curls and the parting I just keep staring at it questioning why? xD Another thing is that the whole reason why I watched this drama was because of Yong Hwa. I was curious to see how would he do in a role like this since the last 2 roles were relatively similar in personality you can't really see how well he can act..he came off as a bit boring and quiet in the past but here? I was pleasantly suprised with his improvement this role suits him well.

too fast

Like woah, this is happening too fast! Jae-in should be more patient, the family is uncomfortable unprepared. They should have waited a month at least for the engagement and like a couple more months until wedding. But i suppose he just cant wait to live with Da-da lol

UGH

His sister's friend is so obnoxious and pushy, it's clear he doesn't like you. Da-Da also has been annoying me lately it seems to everyone else but him she says nice things about him or confesses that she likes him but she has never admitted it to him. She was grumpy the entire episode, thank god this show isnt one of those 16 episode ones because this couple needs alot of work. It's getting better between them though
