So, a lot of people I know think the movie is over rated, though they do say it is a movie. There's a lot of little things in this movie, from the camera angles and style to the specific Korean cultural things that can be easy to miss. I talked about this with my Korean friends and it just hits a little deeper for them. The cultural aspects of the movie just make is more disturbing than it is when watching it with subtitles. I would definitely recommend watching this movie with an open mind. It's very unique and Bong Joon-ho is a great director.
