why underrated??
im so sad knowing this sparkling GEM hidden far away to the bottom of the rock. like ... WHY??? definitely the best ancient theme drama so far even beats general's lady in my opinion. here's whystoryline is non-draggy and straightforward style which is GREAT! every single new gate of new plot is intriguing and makes nervous but ... boom. they finish in in no time
fl character definitely STRONG, cheerful yet not dumb, not childish as typical we know in cdramas. plus point she has martial art power and clever
ml gives fresh role. his human role seems timid. then his game role at the beginning typical of poker face ml but develops to be warm, cute, fluffy. plus point he isnt depicted as perfect man. his game role cant do martial art but still brave enough to defend
COMEDY GENIUS. the writer, director totally sync in harmony when comes to serving humorous gimmicks. not unnecessary done just enough. they knew what they did. a lot of punchlines on screen. FROM EP1 TILL THE END.
im sad finding this drama is not well-known. wetv promotion is to blame. i feel like wetv made them a step-kid

ENGRAVED IN MY BRAIN THE REST OF MY LIFE
HANDS DOWN.im givin in my heart to the whole crew. that screen writer, that director, whole! the moment "the sister" shout, "IM SHEN QIN!" well ... felt like a highest roller coaster shaking because the screw looses. I DIDNT SEE IT COMING! the entire show, even i read those comments said "what if its not your sister its just the back" and logic. we all scolded her for being so careless like that. BUT NO. the problem is not even that case.
the brilliant cinematography ... the panning camera that i never saw somewhere else. the perfect timing. the coreo. i cant accept the reality this series isnt spread out or viral yet
(-) in general, the acting skill of both fls is acceptable they could switch roles that easy. but for micro-expressions like hidden sadness or anxiety, they arent that convincing
no plothole but seems like incomplete storyline. that one-eyed guy came mysteriously but ended up just like that. OHH the only plothole is when she said she forgot removing the mole. my question ... arent you swapping face by taking the skin? i dont get it. this part is incomplete. how. how she swapped

top tier beauties unfortunately unsatisfying problem solving
this series deliberately appeared on my youtube suggestion for countless of times! the thumbnail attracted me since both fl & ml are UNREAL beauties. but i held myself back due to the theme is all about military im more into fluffy and colorful plots. along the way, i decided to give it a try and i was hooked! ep 1 is totally intriguing the crew knew well how to catch viewers. [spoiler] until almost the end, ml was given a typical plot for the sake of pROteCTing he had excuse to hurt fl feeling which means I HATE THE MOST. thats why i give them 8 stars. but the costumes, acting, beauties, never disappoints.Was this review helpful to you?
