This may not be the cup of tea for everyone but watching this made me feel good. The story may not be a new concept but how it was portrayed was quiet well. You can taste the bitterness in the start as well as that tinge of sweetness towards the end.

As for the main lead, this is my first time watching them, nonetheless, the male lead's act is spectacular. I haven't read the novel but how the male lead character was played is satisfying. The coldness, love, and anger can be seen through his eyes and how he smiles is a good point all throughout. I also love how Xiao Xiao was played. It was hilarious and made the series more interesting.

Furthermore, one thing that I love most towards this series is the soundtracks. I fell in love with the music at the first episode! (The music is still on my head while writing this).

This may not be the perfect series but it was overall satisfying. It is one of those "feel good" dramas that will keep you smiling while watching. There was a lot of flashbacks within the present frame that I don't think are necessary and may bore a lot of people, but this flaw can be forgiven for it somewhat gives the sweet feeling of youth. Watching the flashbacks remind me of the old times.

This may be not be for everyone but I think it is worth recommending to those who want to simply have a sweet feeling and have a ray of sunshine for the day. It is a great series to watch if you're having a break.

I will definitely watch this again in the future if I wanted to "feel good".

For me, it is one of those hidden gems in the industry. As I stumbled upon it, I never expected anything but it definitely blew me away.

It may not be everyone's cup of tea and everyone would not even agree but the directing style, cinematography and the soundtrack made me keep on going on the story. I love how they use flashback-forward at the beginning. It may get confusing to some and some may don't like it but it is really something to take note for.

As for the story, there's this sense of realism that anyone could find something to relate to. I love the words and phrases that they used in this drama. It makes you think about your life. I love how it can convey wisdom.

The acting is good. Really good. For this drama, the male lead really caught my attention. He was really good with expressions especially conveying emotions through his eyes. I know he will go far. His good voice is also a plus.

Overall, I am impressed. I did not sign up for anything starting this one but I really gained a lot. It made me realize a lot and made me think more about life. For me, this drama will be remembered. It may seem underrated but for me it is a class on its own. I will always recommend this and I will definitely rewatch this again.

This is one of the best tearjerker dramas that I've ever watched. I've watched this before and as I watch it again this time, the emotions I felt in the past came back like memories as I am watching. The overall plot suggests serious topics that is really involving from the beginning to its end-love, family, trust, lies. The story itself can stand up on its own that you'll just let it unfold. I didn't even notice that I am nearing the end.

I don't have anything against the cast in the drama. It seems that they all gave their best in portraying their role. Everyone say that Vanness Wu is struggling with his Mandarin but as I don't speak the language, I really don't mind and it seems okay. Nonetheless, Vanness Wu and Ady An have undeniable chemistry. Furthermore, the child that portrayed Xiao Le, is one of the best actor in the whole series. It is also by their soundtrack that made me love this series more. The music gave more emotion to every scene that I can even shed a tear when it starts. Air on the G String is love!

All in all, this drama is a gem that will always be one of the best. I would never mind watching it again especially if I want to have a good cry.

It is really a roller coaster ride.
It roots deep. A lot of understanding and realization can came up with this series. Love is really of different kinds.

Caution: this is not for the lighthearted! Blast of emotions coming up! ???
