The most wholesome story
Rivals to lovers trope has been done so many times already, but I gotta say this one takes all the awards. The main characters are really in tune with their own emotions and know how to express them. They also know how to communicate with each other, which is a BIG deal for romance stories. There's not even a gram of miscommunication. We don't have to go through the old "oh, I thought you did this, so I did that".The family conflict was so well done, the architects vs engineers conflict not as much. The amount of violence those two factions inflicted upon each other was just a bit too much. That part felt so weird. Irl that type of behaviour would not only end up with serious consequences at the uni, but also some criminal charges. But I guess that's just for setting the scene with "oh, they really hate each other". To me it was too much.
Apart from the main couple, I really enjoyed all the side characters and their plots as well. Pat's sister is just the best, she's so lovely. I'm also glad we got Wai's character development.
Overall a very pleasant watch.

Simple concept made into a convoluted plot
The idea of the show is very simple and given how short the show is, they could've made it much simpler and more satisfying to watch. It felt like the main conflict could've been very easily resolved if the main character just behaved reasonably.Because of how short it is, the relationship between the main characters developed very fast. I personally liked their chemistry and found their interactions pretty cute, yet a bit awkward at times, but it didn't take away from their relationship.
Spoiler:
Tbh, the show could've ended without the last episode. The moment Min Hyun agreed to give Jun Ho his blood it should've been the end. Jun Ho's stubborness was completely irrational and while I understand that he was afraid of killing Min Hyun, there had to be a solution to make sure he doesn't hurt him.
It's a lot of unnecessary angst, but there's a lot of cuteness as well. Mostly because of how innocent Min Hyun is with his feelings. It's just adorable. The ending didn't feel as heartbreaking as it was probably intended. It just felt stupid.

Cute and fluffy
This is a very cute show. No big drama, the main couple "conflict" wasn't serious at all. In general it felt very down to earth and realistic. Which is a very nice change of pace comparing with some of the popular convoluted plots.I didn't really enjoy the Bear/Bomb cause from my point of view they didn't have much in common and basing a relationship on a fan/creator admiration is not enough for me to believe that they fell in love with each other.
Park/Lee surprised me the most. Even though they were a side couple we got such a great arch and I would honestly love to see more established couples in other series. The way they talked to each other was just amazing. How they got over every insecurity and doubt. Showing us a couple that lasted almost a decade felt really satisfying.
Tim/Mai were also amazing. Idk how they made the friends to lovers trope fresh, but they did! I was so glad that Mai stood up for himself and that Tim actually got the balls to go for it.
Tbh, Kim/Mek felt a bit lackluster in comparison to Park/Lee and Tim/Mai. Their story felt much more like teenagers in first love type of vibe - a bit naive, very fluffy and cute. It never really felt like a serious relationship to me. The last episode made up for it a little.
Overall a pretty nice show with good actors and interesting feel good stories.

Way too short!
This cute short story is such a fun watch. The actors did a great job, their chemistry was great. The story is simple, yet endearing which just warms your heart. My only issue is how short it is! It deserves either a full movie or a proper series with multiple episodes. I really want to know how their relationship blossoms. Maybe see some flashbacks to how thier grew up together. Maybe prolong the military era to see how both of them dealt with the separation. Soo much potential for a much longer piece.I'm definitely gonna rewatch this. It's just great.

The writing could be better
The show overall was very enjoyable to watch. The actors did a great job with the material they were given. I have just two criticism and it's at times a bit illogical plot structure and the OST.Some of the "conflicts" seemed exaggerated to the point of not making sense whatsoever. And I totally understand that a show like that will present not very realistic scenarios and it will make some things much bigger than they should. I went into this show with that expectation. It was still waaay too much at times.
There were some plot holes and at the end some of the unfinished story had me asking questions.
Some of the dialogue felt a bit stiff and unnatural, but Idk if it's the translation error or not.
All of that I blame on the script, cause the actors were splendid. I really liked the main characters chemistry and tension they managed to create. It was really nice.
My other issue is the soundtrack. There were moments where the sound effects or the music really didn't fit. And again, I'm used to shows using weird sound effects for the comedic value. This wasn't it. Usually I don't really notice the soundtrack, unless the songs are very good. This time I noticed the soundtrack, cause it wasn't that good. It's a shame really.

Great acting made the story
This is a pretty regular rivals to lovers type of story. What sets it apart from others is the excellent acting from the main actors. Damn, did I feel that tension and every emotion from both main characters.I always love the "you're my rival, why can't I stop thinking about you" type of realisation. It is so well done here.
I love how gentle Gao Shi De is. The way he shows affection is just beautiful. Zhou Shu Yi stubbornness really makes it stand out too.
I also really liked the progression of the story. How we could clearly see Zhou Shu Yi's reluctance melt away.
Once again - the actors made the story. Their delivery and chemistry was off the charts.

It's stupidly hilarious.
This show is great, because it doesn't take itself seriously. It's an over the top comedy with exaggerated acting and cheesy romance with some mystery elements thrown in. It's not a masterpiece, but if you go in without any expectation, you'll get some great mindless entertainment. It's a satire of a horror - there's no jumpscares, tension or gore. It's just a lot of screaming and some costumes and visual effects.
Personally I'd prefer if it was much shorter. There were instances of repeated scenes from the past that were just unnecessary. Seeing the same scene for the fourth time I was like "yes, we get it, this happened before".
Win and Wit's relationship was done pretty well. I sympathised a lot with their story and them as characters.
I can't say the same about Kim and Tha. I don't really get how their relationship happened given what we've seen on the screen. I didn't feel any of their actions said "we're falling in love". It felt like they were supposed to like each other because of the set up, so they did. A bit awkward to be honest.
Also it's funny how the show starts with there being a covid case in the building, but it isn't discussed at all throughout the whole show. How's the patient doing? Who's taking care of them? It seems like the charaters we see on screen are the only ones in the building, but none of them is sick, lol.

Huge suspension of disbelief needed
For obvious reasons the show requires a huge suspension of disbelief before watching it. If you keep that in mind, the show is just incredible. The story keeps you on your toes, as the characters are slowly unveiling the story behind Med's death. The actors are phenomenal.
It's in it's core heartbreaking, but so charming and heartwarming at the same time.
For a story about a ghost being trapped between life and afterlife, it's very cohesive and there aren't any discrepancies in the lore as far as I'm aware.
Definitely worth watching.

The raw emotion made it so worth it
Overall if I were to compare it to the first season it's not as good. The main reason for that is the miscommunication trope. It was soo convoluted and unnecessarily antagonistic. I understand the purpose of it, but the way we got from "you did this" to "oh, so that was the reason?" (or multiple reasons in this case) seemed a bit too much for me.Apart from that, once again the main actors did a splendid job portraying their characters. I really don't mind the miscommunication trope that much, cause the raw emotion the characters experienced because of it was worth it. Zhou Shu Yi's feelings were right there on display throughout the whole show and I loved it. That in contrast to Gao Shi De's surface level composure just hits you right in the feels.

The chemistry is off the charts!
Two main characters have such great chemistry. It's amazing. The story is simple. Nothing outlandish happens. It's very cute and heartwarming. It had that perfect amount of angst caused by pining and stubborness. The slow build up from enemies to lovers was soo worth it.The actors did a great job. The main couple complimented each other so well on screen. I also really enjoyed all the side characters. Everyone was so perfect for their role.
I was thinking whether I wanted second season or not, cause on one hand I feel like this story deserves more, but on the other I don't know what the second season could be about without the creators coming up with some convoluted conflict (as it often is for second seasons). Right now it's perfect as it is.
