What was she thinking

Was it just me - or how dumb was it that she asks her dad to come stay at her place, but doesn’t want him to know who she is dating/living with - but makes NO effort to clean anything up before he goes there - did she really think he wasn’t going to go look around when she isn’t there

Why can't she give up everything?

I found it very interesting that when she is talking to her father and godfather at the end about being with Prince Han and the only option she can come up with is the she can't ask him to give up everything and stay with her - and there is not even a thought that she could give up everything and go with him to the north - kind of irritated me that she only thought of herself - I mean neither option is great - but it was interesting that she didn't way both options.
