IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WATCHING THIS DRAMA PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF TRIGGER WARNINGS!!
I love the idea of soulmates and re-incarnation, especially stuff with the red string of fate. The storyline has dark aspects but they add to the overall story, without becoming too over the top.The mix of the main ship (Dean and Pharm) and the characters in their past life (Korn and Intouch) is executed really well. I never felt confused about which timeline we were in.
Five minutes in and I was already crying. It has a very dramatic but very interesting start which pulls you in.
The OST was amazing. Pharm and Dean's first face to face meeting with the music in the background made my cry. Then they started the flashbacks of Korn and Intouch and I completely lost it.
The side couple of Win and Team is also done really well, even with the limited screentime that they had. (So glad that they are getting their own series).
Fluke plays Pharm and is just amazing. He cries a bit in the series and all of these scenes are done really well. Earth (plays Intouch) was also amazing and the gun scene... made me feel things.
There was very blatant advertising throughout the series, but it wasn't that difficult to ignore it.
In terms of sexual scenes, there are not that many and they move away from them quite quickly, so if you are like me and are not very interested in those scenes, it's ok.
One final thing. The food. Thai desserts play a big role in the drama and just looking at them made me hungry so have snacks ready!

a random but hilarious show that I actually love.
So I watched this show purely because it had Talay Sanguandikun in. I really liked him in other dramas I had seen so I decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed. The opening is extremely catchy and I've even downloaded the song to my playlist. The storyline made me laugh literally every five minutes and it was just really cutesy and wholesome overall. I would really suggest it if you are just getting into more BL's or Thai dramas because it isn't that serious or, heavy, as some people call it. It also doesn't have that many episodes. I'm not usually emotional but I actually cried in the last episode, even with the kinda funny aspects of the show and I will always value it for that. Basically I love this show, please watch it.Was this review helpful to you?

I'm on the fence about this drama
So first I think it was brave for all the actors and the whole production team to make a BL drama in China especially with all the restrictions. The acting in the drama was overall quite good as was the music.
However, the issues I had which made it quite difficult for me to finish it was the relationship between the two mains. Most of their skinship (touching) was forced. Gu Hai repeated forced himself onto Bai Luo Yin claiming it was normal and ok because they were 'bros'. I get that Bai Luo Yin didn't like properly shove him away at any point but you could tell it was a bit uncomfortable. I know lots of BL (Y) series also have issues with consent but in other ones I've seen, the issue has been handled better then it was here.
Also, the fact that they are step-brothers makes it murky water for a lot of people, however, as they do not find out about this until quite late in the drama, you can't blame the characters for this.

If you like this drama, please give season 2 a chance its a lot more detailed.
Overall this drama is pretty cute. I finally found a drama that valued hugs and more soft skinship (PDA) instead of just kissing. Season One isn't that long and the story develops much more in the second season so please stay with this drama! The acting is quite good the soundtrack is very catchy.I'm not a huge fan of lots of makeout scenes and so I found this dram good in that aspect. It isn't the softest drama out there as there is still lots of sexual jokes and swearing but I liked how there weren't really many makeout scenes.

The storyline is not that complex and is easy to follow. There are a few comedic aspects as well which add to the overall charm of the series.
The main storyline and interactions between characters match the novel reasonably well. There are some bits that I was disappointed they didn't add in the series as well as the heightened involvement of Pam (I won't go into detail in case you haven't seen it) but it's still a cute series to watch.
The side characters didn't get that much screentime but there were some cute side relationships that developed quite nicely.
Despite being Win's first drama, he did very well, especially as he was playing the main character. Bright was also very good (of course).
There was not a lot of contact between the two main characters, which was probably because it was is first BL for both actors. They did, however, have good chemistry which made up for this.
