Very good, some parts are an exception
Something I really disliked was that Won deuk was so….like idk what’s the word but he expected Hongshim to comply with all his requests and he was so hard-headed and not in a good way. I love that Hongshim really didn’t let him walk all over her though but those moments were he tried I was so furious:p I guess that’s probably how society was back in that era so… idk anyway I also didn’t like that Hongshim’s adoptive dad had this weird voice and it wasn’t pleasant to hear every time he talked I was so annoyed, anyone else?? At the beginning it really seemed like Hongshim and Wondeum would never fall in love it just seemed so impossible since he despised everyone and even her I just never expected them to get as close as they did I mean I new it was bound to happen bcz they’re literally on the cover but it just seemed impossible at the beginning. I didn’t like that fact that Han seo hee was in this kdrama I just can’t stand her! I only liked in My Name and that was ok but in other kdramas she just acts like such a victim and so quiet and submissive and idk I just don’t like a lot of the roles she has. Anyway, it was all right, not as good as my favorite kdrama of all time: the king’s affection !! <33333Was this review helpful to you?
My #1 All time favorite kdrama
From the first minute, I was hooked. The story line and why things happen interested me soooo much!! I live all the mystery that goes in and I love how Scribe Jung is always there for “Lee Hwi”. I also love that she was adamant about getting close to Scribe Jung at first but she fell for him even though their love seemed impossible at the beginning. I was a huge enthusiast of their love and I found myself crying whenever there were obstacles and things that made it seem like they could never be happy together. All I wanted was for her to get her identity back and to be able to be with Scribe Jung. I love how Scribe Jung always proved himself and he didn’t just talk but he would walk his talk. He was persistent and didn’t give up on Lee Hwi. I live their relationship so freaking much !!! <3333 I’ve yet to see another kdrama as good as this one. It’s my absolute favorite. Was this review helpful to you?
One of my all time favorite kdramas
I’ve been reading a few reviews regarding this kdrama and something common that I see is that people are confused about the plot and the ending and what not. But honestly I’d say that if you were actually paying attention to the kdrama you’d see that everything comes together so beautifully and trust me I was so confused as well at the beginning but I kept watching it and the stuff that I was confused about all made sense as the drama progressed. It brought out so many different emotions and I found myself wanting to keep watching and go on to the next episode. This is the first kdrama that I truly truly loved and enjoyed. Some people are saying that the ending was trashy and bad because it’s a cliffhanger but there’s plenty of kdramas, movies and all that that have cliffhangers so what’s the problem with this kdrama having in too? It kinda just leaves it up to your own imagination to make a theory on what happened or what could possibly happen. Like I said this was my first true favorite kdrama but that was until I watched The King’s Affection :)) THE BEST KDRAMA EVERR :) (in my opinion)Was this review helpful to you?
Kinda of boring but fun overall
Personally I’ve outgrown the cliche dramas and I only watched it because it was all over my fyp and all over my instagram and people around me were watching it as well so I gave it a try and I didn’t feel like it was amazing because the plot is very similar to some other rich-ceo-poor-hard-working-girl kdramas but anyway some parts were good and one part did make me want to cry a little. I did like the second lead couple I think just because their romance was a bit unexpected it made me like it more. Was this review helpful to you?
