One of the best K-dramas you can find
So, this was one of my first kdramas and it immediately grew on me. To be clear, this is my all time favorite drama and I am rewatching this.First of all, this drama has such a pretty visuals, just by looking at any set you can smell the luxury through the screen. It is very appearent, it was very VERY well invested. Each of the episodes must have cost a fortune and I am not even including the clothing items. I feel like some episodes are lacking storyline a bit, they tried to strech it out, so it has 21 eps. That is pretty much the only problem of this drama. Sometimes the leads do absolutey unimportant sh*ts yet you still cannot look away from the screen. I am not going to lie, it took me sooooo much time to finish the whole three seasons. But I don't wanna drag the other seasons into this since all the problems I have about this season, are the exact same I have with other ones. And also the music... it is just spectacular. The involving of opera into this was very smart move since it spice up things so much. The rivality and backstabbing between the teenagers is the same as between their parents. Since the opera is pretty important part and makes many important connections between crimes of characters and their past... Simply do yourself a favor and watch this drama, I guarantee you will not regret it. Thank you for reading my thoughts.

This series just confuses the heck outta me
Okay, so... This drama was my frist thai BL and even BL in general. So it is very understandable I thought this was a masterpiece two years ago. It had me hooked, I watched the episodes every single night. But when I look back now, I see many problems I have with this drama.First thing I wanna say that this has pretty weak plot but it is that type oof drama you will just wanna watch because it is lighthearted and stupid. But... when you look at it Type has been r*aped by a man in his childhood. Which is really portraied through out the wole season and we can (sometimes) see him struggling with trauma. This is very Very sensitive topic to work with, there is no doubt about this, but... this serie is just romanticizing it? Like imagine being r*ped in your childhood, the being r*ped by your roomamte and then asking him to sleep with you again?! WTF? How can you be serious with this... espeially when this drama is pretty well know in this industry. No seriously, how can you make a person with such a strong trauma ask a person to sleep with them for absolutely no reason and then somehow forget about it a few years later? Me as a survivor of trauma (not r*ape but childhood trauma) this is kinda offending since people with trauma are recovering from it and yes, you can recover but you cannot fully forget. And I am not even an SA survivor, these people should be offended because this show is directly spitting into their faces. The directors, script-writors, everybody involved (except for actors) are spitting into their face. This is exactly what happens when glamorization of trauma and r*pe meets the producars of TharnType. Thank you so much for readiing my thoughts about this... BL heh.

Absolutely wasted potential
Before I start throwing the shade let me clarify something. By looking at the rating of acting, you can clearly see the acting is not my problem.The biggest problem of this serie is: ABSOLUTELY NO STORYLINE. And when I say there is none, I mean it. I have been watching this serie since it started airing and I am beyond dissappointed. Not only is this waste of money and time, it is also waist of actors potential. Almost all of them have stared in some show and are known in some kind of way so they wouldn't have any problem finding new gig. And if there is any storyline, it doesn't make sense. We basically don't know anything about the character since WinTeam were previously side couple and the rest...I don't even care about the rest. The other characters shortly don't have any potentional, which is such a pity, because we know them from UWMA. They could have made them a short storyline that would actually make sence rather than storyline every other part of every episode.
Another reason that is maybe the problem, is that Win and Team are not build to have their own serie. And there is nothing wrong with that. They probably weren't meant to have their own anyways but fans wanted it so they made us one.
This is everything I can think of about this serie. I am only finishing this drama because of BounPrem who have proven many times, they are really good actors. If they weren't in the series... boy oh boy... I would have dropped this drama after few episodes.

I am bored with this drama
I would like to start this review by saying that the acting is really amazing. We can all see and tell the actors aren't the problem in the kdrama. Almost every kdrama have 16 eps, 1 hour each. But in some cases, it is cempletely unnecesary. And this drama is one of them.For me, ever since episode 6, the plot is seriously lacking. It is as if the writers, producers and director decided that this drama MUST be 16 episodes, nothing less. But that is my biggest problem with most kdramas, Class of Lies included. Kdramas are unnecesarily long. And when I mean long, I mean really long. Before you attack me, I have something to say. Yes, I haven't finished drama but why shoul I spend 16 ours watching something I am not interested in, just to write this review? Maybe this is hidden masterpiece and I just can't see the potential but please, don't attack me for my opinion. I am very open to change my mind and rewatch this kdrama, if anybody changes my mind about the lacking plot.Was this review helpful to you?
