I just finished rewatching UWMA for second time..much more slowly this time and really enjoyed the measured pacing (some say slow) and the stunning but subtle visual effects. A scene actor on floor in despair had intense blue around him and intense red on right half of scene and yet the emotional one was so high the color palette only enhanced it. There were an amazing number of moments when the camera focused on an abstract shape yet didn't interrupt action. There were many beautiful shots of the actors..
Reviewer izzyapple mentioned the craft of this director..so true. re acting..nice work..oddly the use of LBC actors seemed a little awkward. Many other secondary cast actors were great. Of course that last episode was pretty strange and disconnected..it looked different as well..maybe someone else was doing the wrap ?
I'm sure I will enjoy watching this again someday..maybe there will be an interesting Win-Team off shoot...
