Interesting concept but a little flat
A very interesting take on a 'soulmate' kind of trope and one that I've never heard of before. The characters were interesting but rather flat. Sometimes the relationship between the two main characters felt a little emotionless or disconnected from each other. Hyun Jun's acting was a little questionable at times but as far as I know, this is his first show so he did pretty well and I'm excited to see him grow as an actor in the future should he act in something else. I liked the concept and the way it was filmed. I liked the relationship between the leads and the way Hyun Jun's character was so patient and caring towards Yoo Jun's and their dynamic was cute. Overall, could've been better but was good drama nonetheless and I'd definitely recommend it.Was this review helpful to you?
One of the best romance kdramas I've watched
Once of the best dramas I've ever watched hands down. The plot was very intricate and the characters were complex. The two main characters had amazing chemistry romantically and all the other main characters had amazing platonic chemistry with each other and the main couple also. Every single episode was very beautifully done and had me looking forward to the next one. Be prepared to laugh a lot but also cry. The soundtrack was also beautiful and added very well to the scenes it was used in. This drama will tug on your heartstrings a lot but is definitely worth the watch. I highly recommend this drama. You will not regret it.Was this review helpful to you?
Cute but a little forgettable
The storyline itself had potential; however, I feel they didn't do it justice. The script writers could have done a little better of a job and it would also have been nice if they had a little more variety in the music although I was very excited and surprised by the cameo of 2Z.To be honest, although I know this is a web series and therefore short, I still felt that the plot was a little rushed. I also feel that it was a little unnecessary to add more conflict at the end of episode seven. I was not too fond of the ending either.
The series had beautiful aesthetics though. I loved the shots they did of the ocean and the docks and loved the look of the udon restaurant. Han Gi Chan and Holland had good chemistry and were adorable together. Holland did very well in his first-ever acting performance and I love him. It would be nice to see him grow in his acting ability and feature in more shows.
Overall, the drama is adorable and I recommend it to people who are looking for something cute and not very serious to pass time .
