WATCH IF YOU LIKE THRILLER/CRIME/MYSTERY DRAMAS!
This was one of my first kdramas and I loved it! Many of the characters made me mad, but that's good acting I guess :D It is pretty mysterious and I had fun trying to figure out who the killer was. If you liked this drama I recommend for you to watch 365 Repeat the Year, Extracurricular, and Solomon's Perjury (those kdramas have a similar concept). Watch this if you liked Sky Castle :)
Penthouse is really similar to Sky Castle. The twins, rich families, competing, murders, liars, betrayals, and friendships. Anyway, in the beginning, the storyline was a lot smoother than the end. In the end, there were tons of storylines, so it can be a bit confusing and much for some. I notice that the same music plays over and over which was a little irritating and kind of made me hate the song. However, I did feel that it added to the "classical mood" of the story. Also, if you're a sensitive person, I would say not to watch this drama. This drama deals with things like suicide, murder, and stuff like that. If you liked this drama, I would recommend you to watch Sky Castle. Overall, it was enjoyable, but I wouldn't watch it again.Was this review helpful to you?
not my cup of tea
I liked the webtoon version, but it eventually felt dragged out, so I dropped it. However, I decided to watch this drama anyway. I don't normally watch romance dramas, but this one was super cringey. There are many cliche moments and many "the-main-character-falls-and-someone-catches-her" moments that I found really repetitive. There were at least two in every episode. It also seems very unrealistic and the episodes are very similar/repetitive. I'll still finish it so I can give my final thoughts.TW: suicide (in the kdrama)

It's good
I normally watch crime/ thriller/mystery dramas and I finished this one within a week. It's pretty good, and many of the characters made me mad LOL. But that's good because the acting is pretty good. Wouldn't recommend watching if you're sensitive. This drama made me very frustrated because Sang Mi was misunderstood and claimed as crazy. I like how the drama portrayed the cult and the people affected by the cult. Super weird. It may be a little confusing in the beginning but gets better at the end. Overall, this drama was a ride and I enjoyed it!TW: suicide (in the drama, not my review)

WATCH RN !!
I absolutely love this drama so much. It made me furious about some of the characters, but that's what I love about it. I HATE THE ENDING SM BRUH. Why did it have to end like that :(:( Overall, I really like the storyline and the acting is phenomenal. PERIOD. If you like thrillers like this one, let me recommend a few. I enjoyed watching Class of Lies, 365 Days Repeat the Year, Sky Castle (I luv this one), Save Me, and Penthouse. ANYWAYS, I am going to rewatch it today bc it's THAT good.
