Of course I love the original and the first cast (the cast will always have a special place in my heart), but the remake is honestly way better than I expected it to be. I was a little disappointed when I first heard that it was only a REMAKE, but then I watched tons of clips and trailers. The whole cast is so amazing: they're all very talented and natural and I just love them so much. Their acting is so impressive, given that they're all pretty young, especially since I believe most of them had no previous big experience with dramas prior to 2Moons 2. You can definitely tell that the connection between Phana and Wayo is very organic; their chemistry may even be more charming, authentic, and relatable. I don't like to compare the two different casts because they're completely different (different energies, closeness, times), but you have to admit, there's something about this new cast that makes you fall in love with the characters all over again -- and I mean HARD. So far, I really love the remake. If you pay attention very closely, the director has changed even the simplest things, such as the shrine of Phana to a simple photo board of Phana. For some reason, I find that (while it's a small change) it makes a huge difference. Wayo's glasses are a completely separate style and personality than the one's chosen in the first season. The show is very up-to-date and our time. I'm so satisfied with it, I would definitely say to give it a chance! I'm definitely in love with the new vibe of this show.
