I've been watching dramas since late 2020, when I didn't know MDL existed. I picked up The Untamed, got sucked into Chinese dramas, and then found K-pop after that. The first BL I watched -- that I can remember, at least -- was Round Trip to Love because I loved Gao Tai Yu in Douluo Continent. (Which is woof.)

Let me share some of my all-time favorite dramas/movies/BLs in no particular order! I've loved them all for different reasons (cinematography, acting, OST, storyline, etc.). It's reasonable to assume that these shows made me feel something that my tired, dead little soul would not feel otherwise.

To My Star And I mean seasons 1 and 2. Fight me. Or go to my Ao3, depending on your reaction.	Long Time No See  They will always be my favorite gay mafia idiots..	Sweet Home (S1) I love an ensemble cast where everybody [redacted].
All of Us Are Dead So fruity for no reason. Also, zombies. I love zombies.	Weak Hero Class 1 I am in pain over this. Constantly. All the time.	Lipstick "Aren't we pretty?"

Beyond Evil This is the gayest not-gay show you could watch.

Triage Who doesn't love a classic time loop? See also: Manner of Death.	I Feel You Linger in the Air Time travel, love at first sight, beautiful cinematography and amazing acting...	Manner of Death No wedding will ever beat the ending scene in MoD. Not even my own, probably. See also: Triage.
My Country: The New Age  Yeah, Seonho is my favorite character. Leave me alone. I'm still crying.	My School President Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever--	Bloodhounds Can we talk about the choreography of the fight scenes? Also, the bromance is bromancing.

A DISTANT PLACE "Far was a synonym for expensive. We went as far as we could afford but we couldn't dare to imagine a farther place." - Choi Hyunmin, A Distant Place I really love this movie. It love it so much I made a piece of artwork about it and hung it on my wall. I wrote a To My Star AU based on it. Sometimes I just think about the poems in that movie and cry. Okay I'll stop now.
