As a parent of an autistic child this, oh this hit my heart. I am typing through tears so if there are typos sorry. I cant get too into it because emotionally I have to shut off. I loved the story. One critique would be the cheating scandal. I think that the story would have been completely fine told with out that added. The problems that Dong was going through with his mom and Gym were enough to carry the 8 episodes. I will admit I did cuss my computer out a few times through the movie and had to remind myself its a movie. I gave the rewatch value a high rating because if you can handle it, its worth it. Me personally, I will not be rewatching. My heart cant take it. The actor did an exceptional job portraying Gym. There were several scenes with meltdowns and coping with the emotions that my husband and I have faced with our own son and his autism. I am going to go and cry in the shower because I cant stop the tears coming. Was this review helpful to you?
Simon Gong and Xu Feng. Their chemistry was on point. Even without the kissing or BL scenes they were able to keep you hooked. I understand the ban from China so Im not even going to rant about it. There are plenty of reviews that do. Im not sure if a Japanese or Thai crossover would be as popular. Im sure with the fact that it could show the BL scenes it would do fine, but only ONLY if the casting is as perfect as it is here. I wish we could have gotten an I love you/I like you scene. Im sure it was said in the manga, but it was lacking without it here. I will say this with the build of tension of many scenes where they were close and you wanted more, when Yuan Zong says, 'if you guys dare to lay another finger on my baby' there wasnt a person watching who didnt squeal. I woke my house up at 4am because I was so happy to finally get a confirmation on feelings. Thinking and knowing are two different things. All in all its an awesome show. There is so much potential for a sequel, or even it being turned into a movie where you could have more of the BL scenes.

Im a mess
I did not expect this show to attack me as it did. I went in with no expectations seeing that it was only 3 eps long. I had read another review that told me the order in which to watch the episodes so that it wouldn't be as chaotic. I watched Ep2 first, then I watched Ep1, and finished with Ep3. I will give this hint. If you are watching this on youtube check the comments to help with the confusion. I won't write what was written there, but it helped when I needed it. Definitely, something I will have to really think about watching again simply because of how this left me in the end. With the storyline all over the place, the actors were what garnered a high rating from me. The emotions of Mike and Peem is really what held me from just clicking away. My advice is simple, watch in the order I did, have no expectations, and be ready for the feels. Was this review helpful to you?

I loved the movie. It was a nice change of pace to see a BL movie focus on the feelings that develop. I found myself getting more and more drawn in as it went along. I wasnt even paying attention to the time or anything. When the end came my heart sank a little because we never find out if they get together after the week is up or not. I wanted to cry a little. I need to know if there is a second part? A series? SOMETHING!!!!! I really loved this movie. I was worried that Shino would change after the kiss, but was so happy when he didnt. In fact his attitude after that made me happy. It felt like he was becoming more of the boyfriend than before. Will keep it bookmarked to watch again and again. *Just went back and seen that there is a sequel. Looks like no sleep for me tonight. AWESOME!!!!! Was this review helpful to you?
