However if you are a Kim Rae Won fan definitely worth a watch. Jang Ryeo Won fans as well.
UPDATE: After loving KRW in Doctors and wanting to linger in his romanticism I watched this drama for a third time. KRW was at his sexiest as a young actor. Ego and swagger galore. Excellent portrayal of fighting against a love that shouldn't be but the heart wants what it wants. A different trope that I haven't seen in kdramas. The "found" younger sister of his deceased girlfriend who looks just like her.
Kim Rae Won was SEXY and he knew it in this one!

Jung Woo Sung was simply amazing in this one. I believe his acting abilities elevated the performances of the other actors. For instance Han Ji Min (whose previous performances in other dramas I found I to be wooden) was very believable in her role of an educated woman struggling against a love for a man that felt so right yet felt so wrong in "her world".
The plot was improbable yet it is a KDrama and as fans of the genre we embrace the premise with open arms.

Supporting cast was excellent - Kim Yoo-ri in her usual role as a "B". Kim Tae-Hoon as the bad guy whho simply misunderstood.
Score was poignant at just the right moments with great clarinet soul.
Could have been one of the GREAT melodramas in KDrama Land except the ending fell totally and completely flat. Did the writers quit after Episode 14? Still one of the best of 2016. I have rewatched this twice already. If you like angst and yearning this one is for you!

I would have to agree with other viewers about the number of flashbacks in this drama. At some point I found myself thinking "yes we know", LOL My favorite drama of 2016 so far.
