Ik this was censored was you really wouldn't be able to tell if they were just friends or they were dating if they never said anything. The cast also fits the characters so well. The storyline is pretty good too. I found it a little boring in the beginning but it started getting more interesting after episode 4 or 5 (probably because we got to see Yan Wei and You Yi together more). The fact that You Yi is going to have a baby and we get to see them take care of it together is so nice. Not to mention, the opening and closing themes are so addicting. I usually hate historical dramas but this is the first one I watched that I didn't drop in the middle. If you like crime and GL, you should definetly watch.

I'm a fan of Rou Nan and I also loved another movie that Lou Lou directed (cry e a sad river) so I decided to watch this. The story was pretty good. Honestly, I got pretty bored near the middle but Rou Nan's acting always had me concentrated throughout the whole thing as always. I felt that the story was good but it wasn't really interesting enough. I really loved the parts where it was more about mental health because that's when the acting really shined. The ost is great though. I'm definitely going to be listening to it for a long time. I probably wouldn't rewatch it but I didn't dislike it. It's a good movie to watch in the background while you do something like for me I was drawing.

I hate it and idk why im rating it so high but lemme try to explain

To start, who tf made this absolute shit of a show. we need to talk. The storyline is trash. First, Ton acts homophobic af and acts like a typical ignorant homophobe that knows or learns nothing about gay people but just says ignorant stuff. Then they switch to Ton actually liking chon from when they were little. MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL WHEN U LOOK AT THE PAST FEW EPISODES AND HOW HE HAS BEEN ACTING. It felt like they wanted to make a plot twist and just put the first thing that came to mind. then they go on with that stupid "im straight but ur the only boy i will love" like BTICGYHJ.

BUT. this drama is still pretty fun to watch if u take out all the shitty parts. a lot of the characters r so funny, i was laughing majority of the series. only reason i kept watching is for some of the characters.

Also whats with the part where chon almost got raped and they just let it go with a punch or 2...

Mariam was an amazing character but I hated the part where she kept calling herself a BL fan and was acting rlly weird whenever she seen Ai and Ni act lovey dovey. same with ton and chon. i get that they were tryna make her like a relatable character or whatever since this is literally directed towards girls fetishizing gay relationships but ew just let me watch it in peace.

Wasn't the best but still fun

I had no clue kit was gonna be in it when I was randomly scrolling thru netflix. His acting was actually way better than I expected (idk why i was expecting it to be bad lol). The plot and story was pretty stupid but it was still fun to watch. It made no sense and was all over the place. Maybe it was the food I was eating at the time that made me enjoy it haha. If you are here to watch a good movie with a good storyline and plot, don't watch this but if u just want something fun then go ahead. Best chinese movie I have ever watched!!

Just got done watching it so everything is still fresh in my mind. The acting is great. Even when they had a blank face, you can tell exactly what they were feeling and it was enough to make me cry. This is probably the saddest movie I have ever watched. I ugly cried continuously most of the time. The storyline was so sad. Amazingly directed. I would rewatch this like 50 times straight and still not get bored. I came across this when I was looking for a similar movie to Better Days and I have to say, this is actually better. If you guys watched these and you know more movies or shows like this, PLEASE TELL ME BECAUSE I'M DYING TO FIND ANOTHER ONE. You can really feel all the emotion building up from the start of the movie to the point she killed herself. It was really realistic too. When she realized she had something against her bully who leaked her secret to everyone, she actually threatened to tell everyone. In most other movies, they would say something stupid like "Don't worry, I won't tell. I won't stoop as low as you" but this was way better. I feel like all of us would've at least scared the bully by threatening to tell everyone just like she did in the movie. This was the best thing my eyes have ever witnessed and everyone should watch it ASAP.

Everything about this movie was amazing. I cried so much and it was honestly probably the best Chinese movie I've ever watched. There were so many emotions and I loved how there was a lot of extreme stuff but it was realistic at the same time. It showed a lot of struggles and had me crying every few minutes. The end confused me a bit but that was just because I'm kinda dumb. I watched this a year ago so I don't remember everything clearly but I do remember that it had me sobbing while watching and then sobbing all over again after it was done because the movie was over and it would take me really long to find a movie that good again. You should definitely watch it if you haven't already.
