Cinderella and the Four Knights Episode 6

Who gets bullied on graduation day? And how are those pictures proof that she's even living at Sky House when she doesn't even appear in them? But, you know, perfect opportunity for her knights to come save her while she does literally nothing to try to defend herself. I mean where did that taekwondo (was it?) training go or just that common survival instinct that makes you at least put up a fight?
I predict that she's some long lost heir to Haneul Group. I already mentioned this before (about her real dad) and I feel like that theory was further supported in this episode.
Chairman: I'll be sure to search the entire world for any other seeds that your husbands sowed (illegitimate children)!
*scene cuts to Ha Won walking down the steps of the temple*
I mean it's either her or the secretary, but there have been no hints about the secretary (apart from the fact that the new wife of the chairman seems to tip toe around him) so it's probably Ha Won.
Either way, I thought "even if it's super cliche I think I'll enjoy this drama" but the enjoyment goes down with every new episode.
Side note: Hyun Min's confession, although it was lacking, I was still like yes, yes date for real. And sexy secretary fighting HIGH SCHOOL BOYS lmao

I don't understand why they made Joo Eun leaving his house such a big deal. She's not leaving the country, she just finally got her own place. I get being a little upset that she won't be around all the time anymore but still like??
THAT LAST SCENE all this time he was always "saving her" and now when he's vulnerable and probably scared she returned the favor and it just gave me feels. And that lost puppy look in his face godbless

OMFG if the endgame is that her real father is a son of Haneul Group and she's related to all of them I will kill this drama i s2g
Hyun Min, as always, snatching me by the nose hairs with his cheesy playboy-ness I LOVE IT. When that whole cliche drama dip and his eye roll inducing one liner (I told you I would protect you) happened I was EATING IT UP LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMORROW. And then the whole texting/luring her into his room bit. And the almost kiss that turned into a headbutt that turned into a kind of embrace. And the cheesy background music. And then going back to an almost kiss or rather the prospect of a ksis. And just YES. Yes, this is what I live for thank you. I want them to continue on that whole fake-girlfriend thing and end up in the already walked path (by millions of other dramas/movies) of developing actual feelings for each other and getting together.
Ji Woon and his broodiness and snide comments towards Ha Won like??? no get out. And that whole "coercion" thing for living in the sky house? I mean yeah sure the chairman manipulated the situation I give you that but all he did was bribe your friends (not a great thing to do but your "friends" chose to take the bribe so?) and take away your cards (which he pays for). If you really wanted to, you could survive without that or you could've at the very least TRIED? I do give him props for not letting her get stabbed to death but then again that's kinda just human courtesy. And even when he was actually doing something nice with her mother's bouquet he was still a jerk about. I'm losing hope of ever liking this guy. I do think him and Na Eun's character (Hye Jin was it? I'm not sure) should be together. He clearly likes her and goes out of his way to look after her. She keeps relying on him. And I want them out of the way for Ha Won/Hyun Min to happen so it's only natural they should become a thing. (Shamelessly sending currents of wind in favor of my ship lmao)
AND HA WON WHY THE FUCK TO YOU GET SO AFFECTED BY THE SHIT JI WOON SAYS AND DOES? YOUR BAE IS HYUN MIN. DIOS MIO ILUMÍNALA!
Seo Woo being worried for Ha Won cause he saw her crying when she came into the sky house and getting caught for what he did, then AWKWARDLY TRYING TO LIE ABOUT IT. BLESS HIS CUTE SOUL I CANNOT DEAL. I am afraid of them going down the route of him developing romantic feelings for her and then getting hurt but I hope not because he is so precious and deserves only happiness.
And honestly was I the only one lowkey digging the secretary when he was cooking and like the whole stoic thing he got going on is kinda attractive.
AND THE CHAIRMAN I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to make of him. He acts like a really nice grandpa that wants his family together but he does the type of scary things rich heads of family do in other dramas (i.e. bribing people my grandchild cares about to keep them away from him, trying to force my other grandchild into an arranged marriage, the poor girl is alright but I don't want her to date any of my grandchildren ??)
WAIT if my initial fear is true...does that mean that the reason the chairman doesn't want her to date any of them is because they're related and he already knows because of the background check?...No. It can't be. I reject that theory. No. Bye.

I'm assuming that his character is supposed to be the poor kid that suddenly went rich and therefore isn't as materialistic or whatever yet he still acts like a spoiled brat that throws around money and looks down upon others. Make up your mind are you 'bout that rich heir life or nah? Stop shimmying halfway. (REALLY HATED HOW HE HUMILIATED HA WON AT THE WEDDING WHAT A DICK MOVE) Also, that brooding/suffered thing he got going on, although there's technically nothing wrong with it, I'm so turned off by it?? This was basically me bashing Ji Woon and it was all clearly very biased, sorry not sorry. I don't know why but I was just so unimpressed by his character.
On the other hand, even though they're clearly making him the asshole rich guy, I like Hyun Min so far. Very straightforward as a character, personality/intention wise. I like his charisma too. Just like with disliking Ji Woon, I don't have a lot of reasons for liking Hyun Min, I just do.
Finally, I like the third cousin whose name I forgot because he was barely featured in the episode so basically I like him because he didn't give me reasons not to. He looks looks like he's going to be the drama/tension/comic/etc relief. Very chill and into music. Enjoys watching the drama without being a part of it. My kinda guy lol
Even though the premise is pretty cliche I'm still looking forward to it and I hope Ha Won ends up with anyone but Ji Woon.

okay... i can breathe now
I've seen comments of people that don't like his character's personality. I, however, immensely enjoy it. I find his childlike innocence incredibly endearing, cute and also understandable when you take into account how sheltered he was while growing up. I like how he's slowly learning the way the world works (even though he still has a long way to go), the value of work and money, etc. Plus, even though he has always been spoiled and treated like a king, he is still very caring and kind and he does everything to protect those he loves even though he might not be quite competent (THAT NIGHT WITH THE LIGHT SABER THAT I'M 100% SURE HE GOT BECAUSE HE WANTED TO PROTECT BOK SIL FROM THE SERIAL KILLER WITH IT I MEAN HOW FUCKING SWEET useless BUT SWEET GODBLESS). Also, when guided, he puts in a lot of effort in the work that he does.
I just really like Louis okay?
People also hate on the second male lead because he's old. Yes, he's old when you put him side by side Bok Sil and Louis, but he cares about them. At first, he really annoyed me with his explosive and commanding/controlling attitude, but now I'm okay with him. He has good intentions. He's still no competition for Louis, obviously. People hate his outfits too, but I don't mind them. I find it weirdly fitting that he would wear such ridiculous outfits, while having the personality he does. It's a nice contrast.
I love the editing the do. It's the little details that perfect the experience of each episode.
I like how the antagonists are slightly incompetent. It maintains the lighthearted feel of the drama. I mean Ma Ri's mom nailed it for me on that previous episode, she still doesn't know why her husband was so mad.
I'm anticipating what will happen when Louis is found/recovers his memory. I think he has a little more maturing to do if he's ever going to face the Chairman that tried to kill him and probably killed Bok Sil's brother instead.

It seems to me like the crown prince is bidding his time and acting irresponsible and unassuming before stepping up and taking his role as the future king seriously and helping his people. Or at least I hope that's where they go with his character.
I don't really have much of an idea of what the girl is like except that she really values her own life (which, I mean, understandable) and is trying to get back to her adoptive father (again, understandable). But how she fits into the royal story line, apart from making the crown prince fall in love with her...the only clue I have is that maybe it has something to do with her real father? and the fact that her mom forced her to dress as a boy? I mean, I get being a girl in those times wasn't the best thing, but for common people I don't think it would be so horrible only having a daughter, unless they were hiding something?

In this episode I really liked that Chul questioned Yeon Joo and her intentions for interfering with his life. His emotions and thoughts were super valid cause after the existence crisis that he had it's only fair that he would feel vulnerable knowing that his life is drawn out according to somebody else's whims and for entertainment. It's natural that he would feel scared that he is someone's toy and not just anyone but the girl he so obviously likes (cough, loves?, cough).
But yes, i love love love the drama and every episode leaves me wanting more. Seriously, waiting is practically torture.

Seo Woo(?) what a sweetie trying to spare her feelings from the texts of her step-sister but at the same time overstepping boundaries way too much bruh.
All I have to say about her "dad" is blergh, just blergh.
Ji Woon didn't annoy me so much on this episode. Still don't like him tho
Side note: The chairman want to figure out who out of the three will be his successor. The obvious candidates are Ji Woon and Hyun Min, but I kinda want him to make Seo Woo the future chairman. I feel like he'd be so chill and nice cause the other two are so intense about it. Also, he seems to be the only one to follow without protest the chairman's demands so if I were him, I would make Seo Woo my heir out of pure loyalty.
