Who Do You Prefer? (Korean Actors/Actresses Ver.)35 minutes ago
Hitomi, a Japanese resident, comes to Hong Kong after the death of her fiancé Tatsuya in a fatal accident to settle several important matters surrounding his demise. Although the incident was years ago, it has apparently left an indelible mark in her life as she could not forget him. Kar Bo, an undercover cop, was involved in a drug bust-up which would later incriminate him. Hitomi stumbles into him and was amazed that he looked remarkably similar to her dead lover. Although Hitomi was conscious that Kar Bo can never be the real Tatsuya, she endures his hardships with him unfailingly which results to having strong feelings for each other.

Both are wacky dramas with chaotic female leads dealing with ghosts and the supernatural. Youkai Sharehouse is more funny while Tenma san ga Yuku is more scary.
High School Frenemy is the actual Thai version of School 2013 Korean version. I'm a bit surprised it's not part of the recommendations.
Both are espionage action films starring Han Suk-kyu. Both films explore north-south korean tensions and complex relationships between agents from both sides. In both films, characters grapple with loyalty issues to their governments, and delve into the personal lives of the spies hence adding emotional depth.
They have similar stylistically choreographed and filmed fight scenes and both dramas feature balanced tonal shifts, they both have darker themes but are also comedic. The dramas also concentrate more on camaraderie and character development rather than being romance-centric. Not mention both dramas feature Neo Hou or Hou Minghao.
-Time of Fever is a Korean BL. Shigatsu no Tokyo wa is a Japanese BL.

Both dramas feature the same actor in the lead role. In "God's Gift," he plays an ex-cop, while in "Stranger," he portrays a prosecutor. Though their storylines are completely different, both are thriller mysteries that will keep you hooked with their suspense.
