I get the same feeling watching the kids problems at school. There're gangs who pick on the weak and always feel the need to make everyone else be scared of them. Some students struggle with frienship and some other are pressured by their parents.
Both aren't school dramas where passionate teachers help solve the students problems. Some are solved between the students themselves.
In both dramas there are 2 boys struggling with their friendship. Some times they seem to be friends and some other times they seem to be opponents. These two are also the ones who aren't scared to go against the gang, but it doesn't mean that they always do. The brothership between these 2 boys are quite similar in both dramas.
The gangs in both drama are also similiar. They consist of 3 boys and are bullying the weak. The leader is actually scared that someone else in class is stronger then himself, so he always tries to show that he is the boss. The relationship between those 3 in the gang also gets tested.
So in both drama there're school, family and friendship problems.
High School - Love On adds romance and fantasy to it. Family also plays a bigger role then in School 2013. In School 2013 there is no significant romantic relationship. It focuses more on school, study, problemes between students, teachers and the parent association.

Ban Ji Yeon is a 39-year old reporter who has been focusing on her career ever since she was stood up on her wedding day.
Ban Ji yeon meets yoon dong ha, a 25 year old owner of a small errand center.
yoon dong ha also went through losing someone he dearly loved, making it hard for him to love again.
The two meet in a unexpected way and find unexpected love from each other.

They are FUNNY (sometimes in a silly way) FANTASY comedies set in a high school =D
Both tell about how love conquers human limits. Being with the person you love and letting that someone support you. Touching love stories.
Both are funny yet somehow cute. In both, the guys are bossy with the girls, but was also protective.
The storyline is written by the same author, and the protagonist is portrayed by the same actress! An absolutely beautiful story with beautiful relationships. (and to say the truth I might like sound of the desert more than scarlet heart :d)
Both stories revolve around an organ transplant and have sweet developing love stories with similar sounding OSTs
Bots are about love and psychology. Both are really good dramas. And the acting is very good . it's worth watching.
These dramas really remind me a lot of each other. Since they're both about brothers you can expect bromance and bother conflicts from both of them. These dramas also fall under the mystery and thriller genres, though the mystery in Fallen Angel is supernatural while the mystery in Sirius is more realistic. And they have little to no romantic plot or subplot.
They both deal about extra marital affairs. Utsukushii rinjin is more intense and thrilling.
Both shows have a strong female lead with two male pursuers. I don't want to give away the story but I will say that the first guy doesn't like her until the second one walks in. She grows stronger as the show progresses... which I love.
Both dramas have 2 strong parallel leads whose characterizations are really well done.
Both are also noir/crime drama.

basicly the taiwanese version of the korean version "your beautifull"
i liked the korean version better but i liked the last 3 episodes from the taiwanese version better

Both are about reporters but the story has a different feel and storyline each. Healer is like a mix with "City Hunter" elements to it, while Pinocchio has "I Hear Your Voice" elements/feel to it well. Healer also has references to superman which is what I love. Healer and Pinocchio both have main leads who are all connected by a past which brings them together, and the story enfolds by those main leads trying to discover the truth about what exactly happened in their pasts that lead to such tragic events. Both Dalpo/Ha-myung and Junghoo/Bongsoo have similar tragic pasts too, while their love interests is what makes them feel 'human'. Both themes shows importance of relationships and having someone/people who cares for you in your life. As for female leads, both of them have really strong females which is refreshing to see. I hate watching dramas where the female lead is always weak. The one thing I always love when watching kdramas is when the drama's pace is not slow. Things are revealed in a timely matter without dragging the story on, so watching becomes very enjoyable. The fast pace is what makes a 20 hours drama few like 1-2 hours and this is exactly what both drama has. The fast pace feel is what makes both of them very addictive and amazing. Not to mention the romance between leads is just swoon worthy! *sigh* I think this is due to the amazing chemistry of JCW/PMY and LJS/PSH; and this is really reflected as both pairs won awards for Best Couple (2014) from KBS and SBS award ceremonies respectively (as well individual awards each too) <3
P.s. sorry for such a long recommendation but I can't help but love both dramas so much! They're both dramas that shouldn't be missed. So I strongly recommend both - trust me, you won't regret watching :D

They both involve, bringing in tough teachers to take care of problem children. Although for Gokusen she hides her family status in the yakuza and G.T.O. he doesn't hide anything or tell anyone unnecessarily about his life in the yakuza
